Accused triple murderer makes second bail hearing in shooting death of wife

Elliott, 25, appeared in court on Sunday to be charged with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm without a license. He was released from the Travis County Jail on Tuesday, after 오바마 카지노posting $1 million bond.

Court records do not indicate how long Elliott was a suspect.

Elliott’s estranged wife, Dylann Roof, confessed to killing her and her 3-year-old daughter in a fire at a South Carolina church when police responded to reports of shots fired.

During a preliminary hearing on Sunday morning, Elliott appeared in court wearing a red shirt with the letters «HUMAN» emblazoned on the side. He spoke with no emotion, and walked slowly to sit on a court bench. His attorney did not make an appearance.

His family had declined to attend the hearing, saying they에스엠 카지노 don’t believe they deserve another court appearance, said the Rev. Johnnie Moore, a spokesman for the North Charleston-based Christian Church of God.

«We pray for our family members’ families, their health, well-being, and we pray that they will continue to receive all the proper care and treatment as they have always shown,» Moore said.

A candlelight vigil was held for the victims Monday afternoon in front of the North Charleston Courthouse on Washington Avenue. A memorial is planned for Thursday at a South Carolina church, in memory of the three slain children.

The victims’ names are being withheld as the investigation continues, Moore said.
